Maestra Tequilera Ana Maria Romero has sourced fully grown agave from all 5 states within Tequila's Denomination of Origin- Guanajuato, Jalisco, Michoacan, Nayarit and Tamaulipas.

Using all Highland Agave, the Symphony Series takes multiple staves to make a cask. This Tequila was aged for 8 months in barrels made of staves with oak from Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

A nice rich style of Tequila but still savory.
