60% Chardonnay and 40% Grenache, this is a great example of chillable red wine.

A blend, or cuvee, of 51% Grenache, 30% Mourvedre and 19% Syrah, these wines were treated separately, whole cluster, semi-carbonic and fully destemmed. Also fermented separately in cement, oak and stainless steel.

Coming from the Nolan Vineyard, the grapes were destemmed and fermented in stainless steel and fermented semi-carbonic. The wine was aged in neutral oak for 5 months before being bottled.

This wine was fermented and rested in concrete. The grapes are from La Presa Vineyard.
