A blend, or cuvee, of 51% Grenache, 30% Mourvedre and 19% Syrah, these wines were treated separately, whole cluster, semi-carbonic and fully destemmed. Also fermented separately in cement, oak and stainless steel.
Description
There is a rich, silky mouthfeel that is very pleasant. A combination of black and red plum fruit and delicate notes of raspberries. Light white pepper and hints of tea bring a slight savory characteristic that dries up the finish slightly and leaves the palate a little crunchy.
