Skouras 2023 Zoe Rose, Greece

Kinda hard to think about summer and not picture some sunny Greek island right? And the bounty of vibrant food they have, all those tomatoes, olives, grilled seafood and meats, punchy onions and citrus and this is the wine you want to wash it down with. Made from Agiorgitiko and Moscofilero, indigenous varieties, this wine reminds me of the white part of a watermelon, that tart and tangy bit of pucker. Ultra light and crave inducing as it gets your mouth watering with all that zingy acidity.
