This is the most mineral rich Rose we can recall ever having from Sylvain Bailly. Slight copper color, noes is striking as it smells of limestone and citrus rind. Lean and focused on the palate with more of that stark minerality coming through. I defy anyone to call this a "fruity" or "sweet" Rose. No, this is super racy and is begging for salmon salad, goat cheeses or grilled pork dishes.
