This Chardonnay opens with golden apple and citrus zest layered over crushed stone and delicate white- flower aromas. On the palate it’s light-bodied but vibrant—paraffin and lemon chiffon meet a whisper of rosemary, finishing with a saline edge that snaps fresh and keeps you interested.

The fruit comes from sites farmed with restraint—no overripe fruit, no over-oaking—just clarity. Native yeast fermentations and neutral vessels let every vineyard note stay visible, and every flavor honest  .
