Tenute del Garda 2017 Riesling, Garda Italy

Tenute del Garda is a group of wine producers whose facilities are located on the western shore of northwest Italy's Lake Garda in the village of Valtenesi. The winery is relatively young, and founded on a great desire to make wine representative of their land, produced with the utmost care and attention to detail. All of this care starts in the vineyards with soils of calcareous clays, which are monitored and handled with attention to detail. Winemakers here manage to combine tradition and modernity with great finesse, and this wine is a great example of their work.
