Description
Soft black pepper starts the wine off savory before a combination of cherries and ripe strawberries hit the palate. Coming off the savory start, the fruit brings a touch of richness but also a freshness. Subtle vegetal characteristics work like light tannic structure to bring the wine full circle, becoming more savory on the finish.
