A fun blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Malvasia Nera, this wine spends five days macerating with skins during fermentation, is aged for 1 year in concrete before bottling and has zero sulfur added.
Description
Bright red fruit notes hit the palate up front, lots of cherries and plums. Bold savory characteristics, stems and soft green pepper, create a contrast to the vibrant fruit. After the vegetal notes, the fruit becomes more roasted hence a richer finish than start.
