58% French Colombard, 30% Gewurztraminer, 9% Zinfandel and 5% Albarino is the make up of this fun amber wine that had 24 days of skin contact during fermentation.
Description
For only 30% Gewurztraminer, this is a very floral wine, tons of jasmine up front which leads to notes of black tea and peach fruit. The black tea, besides adding flavor, serves as tannins, which are fairly light, for the wine. Vibrant grapefruit brings a little more fruit out on the finish.
