In 2022, Justin Willett kept the winemaking simple—native yeast, partial whole cluster, just enough oak to frame the fruit. What you get is dark cherry and plum edged with fennel, cocoa, and that savory, herbal note only this site delivers. The palate is alive—juicy and lifted at the start, then grounded by fine tannins and a cool, stony finish.
