This super-fresh, easy drinking dry Lambrusco is organic, has a female winemaker and the winery is on solar power, so are taking making clean wine very seriously. Cranberry, rhubarb, cracked pepper and tart plum all with tiny bubbles and a snappy, tart, dry finish. Think dim sum, fried chicken, tacos, pizza, cured meats, it really is an all purpose sparkling that goes with just about anything. Fun.
