The Pinot Blanc used to make this wine went through 22 days of skin-contact during fermentation.
Description
Light minerality leads to notes of soft peach and hints of white flower. While you would expect 22 days of skin-contact would give the wine tannins, but it’s still just nice a fruity throughout.
