Weingut Edgar Brutler 2022 "Drum Bun" White Wine, Romania

The wine is made with 100% Feteasca Regala, 50% of which was fermented with skins for 2 days, 20% was fermented in barrel and the last 30% was fermented in stainless steel. The wine starts out with some soft tannins which lead to rich tropical fruit medley. Apple is the most predominant, but there are plenty of other fruits there and it lingers on the palate.
