A very rare treat from the Jura. This Brut Rose is made from 100% Pinot Noir, grown sustainably and hand harvested. Only the free run juice is used to keep the tannin structure soft and help make the wine feel light and airy. The delicate bubbles deliver flavors of blood orange, fresh herbs, strawberries and rhubarb. Dry but offering plenty of pretty fruit. Only 100 cases made.
