Zuccardi 2021 "Q" Chardonnay, Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina

Zuccardi Q is a wine of region. It is an assemblage of grapes from selected vineyards from the best regions of Mendoza. Each plot is harvested separately and at different times in order to achieve the best variety expression in each place. 

Gualtallary is one of the highest elevation sights in Argentina. 1350 miles above sea level. 50% of this wine undergoes fermentation again in used French oak barrels, the remaining 50% ferments and ages in concrete vessels and does not undergo malolactic fermentation.
