Description

Cruse Wine Company is a boutique producer from Petaluma that made this bubbly from barrel fermented 95% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay.  The wine is a classic sparkling rosé with rich, roasted strawberries and cream.  The sunshine and ripeness is there, as is the forest floor Pinot Noir character. The finish is long, with a tangy, briny acidity.
