Now that the world has discovered white Burgundies from Saint-Aubin, prices are not what they once were, but still remain a bargain relative to nearby Meursault and Chassagne Montrachet. This is a lovely wine.
Description

Saint Aubin has always been where we’ve turned for relative white wine bargains in the Côte d’Or, but today, prices for their wines have ballooned.  Word got out, I guess, of their quality, especially the premier cru wines.  A husband and wife team run Domaine Larue, which is located in the town of Saint-Aubin.  The Sous Roch Dumay vineyard produced a very elegant, dry and minerally white Burgundy, that is focused and pure.  Using just 25% new oak barrels, with the wine on the lees for a year with just a little stirring, there is only the faintest hint of wood in the aroma, and I detected no obvious wood flavors in the wine.  It is correct in every way.  (And still a bargain compared to Meursault and Chassagne-Montrachet!)

The Wine Country.
