it is a fresh wine with very fine bubbles, a fine and delicate color, a nose with slightly toasted, smoky aromas, and a full and vinous palate. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with white meats, fish in sauce, or desserts.
Description
A Loire Valley sparkling wine made naturally, without the addition of yeasts, this vintage comes from a 100% limestone terroir, with 40-year-old vines. No sugar or yeast is added. It is a Blanc de Noirs made entirely of Cabernet Franc, undisgorged, causing a slight cloudiness and a small deposit at the bottom of the bottle: proof of a natural wine. Aged four years before bottling, it is a fresh wine with very fine bubbles, a fine and delicate color, a nose with slightly toasted, smoky aromas, and a full and vinous palate. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with white meats, fish in sauce, or desserts.
