Pierre Riffault 2024 Sancerre "Les 7 Hommes" Loire Valley

The Riffault family have been winegrowers for several generations and their vineyards still bear the traces of their grandparents. In 2005 Bertrand joined Pierre to work on the family estate. In 2007 Pierre stepped down and Bertrand took over the estate, but Pierre is still seen at the winery or in the vineyards.  Native yeast fermentation, stainless steel aging 12 months in tank. Aromas of fern, white fruits, grapefruit zest and hints of pepper. Round mouthfeel with a mineral core, that continues with citrus zest on the finish.
