All the grapes for Barsol are grown in the Southern Valley of Ica, Peru and are made into wine before being distilled in alembic copper stills. No water is added, so you can say they are Still Strength.
Description
The Acholado is a blend of multiple grapes. Nice fresh fruit up front along with delicate floral characteristics. Citrus and apples on the finish.
