This was my first-time trying Castilla, which is said to be similar to Espadin. This Mezcal was fermented and rested 100% in clay.
Description
Bright mango fruit leads to vibrant grassy notes. Robust white pepper dries the mid-palate, allowing more fruit to come out on the finish.
