Eric Bordelet Poire Granit Sparkling Pear Cider - France

This is a pedigree. From 300 year old, 70 foot tall trees grown in granite soils that seem to retain more of the pear's natural acidity. This is the most wine-like of all of Bordelet's ciders. Faint spice in the aroma. Very dry and very refreshing, with a minerally finish that lasts longer than any of his other ciders.   It is pure joy to drink. 4% alcohol.
