Fosforo Penca is unique because during the fermentation they add the pencas of the agave plant to the tanks. So while the spirit has the look and a bit of the taste of an aged Mezcal, it is not.
Description
The vegetal/earthiness of the spirit reminds me of slate. Minerality driven with hints of spices and toasted vanilla.
