These 100% organic agaves were grown in Amatitan, Jalisco, in the shadows of the inactive volcanoes. The Repo is aged for 6-8 months in ex-Wild Turkey barrels.
Description
Grassy and peppery up front, this leads to notes of slightly burnt caramel and vanilla bean. Hints of orange zest pair with delicate notes of roasted coffee and just a kiss of coco.
