After making cheese for years, Jason Barber decided to do something different with the by product of his 250 Dairy Cows. Jason takes the curds and makes cheese with it then takes the whey, adds a special beer yeast and makes a Milk Beer. The Beer is then distilled into Vodka. The result is a Vodka with a creamy mouthfeel and just a hint of vanilla on the finish.
