Blancher N.V. Cava Reserva Brut, Penedes, Spain

Blancher Cava Reserva comes to us from Antalva Imports, and the traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada has made an easy-to-drink bubbly sure to please.  Offering a pale yellow color with golden reflections, it possesses fine and persistent bubbles.  The nose is fresh, with aromas of white fruit and a trace of almond in the background.  On the palate it is fresh and honeyed with a balanced finish. Great tasting on its own, it is also ideal for sauced pasta and rice.
