Boucard 2022 Bourgueil Cabernet Franc Vieilles Vignes, Loire Valley

You would expect a wine from 75 year old vines to be concentrated and dense, but that is not the case here.  It’s not a big wine at all, more elegant in character, with clean flavors that will accompany any number of foods you throw at it.  Lamé, Delisle and Boucard are the names of the three families that own this estate.
