All Pinot Noir in this blanc de noirs from Burgundy, and it is so good if you shut your eyes, you would think this is a fine Champagne at twice the price. Made from grapes not far from Chablis.
Description
This astonishing blanc de noirs is made entirely of organically-grown Pinot Noir cultivated in the limestone soils near Saint Bris, not far from Chablis. Beautifully balanced and so accomplished, if tasted blind you wouldn’t know the difference between grower Champagne and this bubbly. And the price is right!
