Cardwell Hill 2025 Rose from Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon

We’ve been offering the delightful Cardwell Hill Pinot Noir rosé for many, many vintages because of its affordable goodness.  In 2025 the rosé was of exceptional quality with great aromatics and amazing flavors balanced with nice acidity, produced from selected plots of Pommard and Dijon clones of Pinot Noir grapes.  It’s a dry wine with a slight pink hue and a refreshing taste. This estate-bottled wine has a great bouquet of strawberry and cherry flavors with excellent balance and freshness.  It is fruit-forward with flavors that linger on the palate.  The winery suggests serving this with salads and fruit selections.  It is a worthy companion for seafood (particularly salmon) and poultry.  Save some for Thanksgiving turkey dinner.
