This is Castle & Key’s traditional Straight Rye that has an additional 13 months of aging in old Haitian Rhum Casks.

Description

Rich brown sugar and soft rye spice up front. While the rye is consistent on the palate, it is never overpowering. Raisins, burnt caramel and light oak spice. The brown sugar and caramel linger on the palate along with the soft rye spice.
