Being made at the newly restored Old Taylor Distillery that was vacant for nearly 5 decades. 63% rye, 17% yellow corn and 20% malted barley.
Description
Floral rye spice with caraway and spearmint up front. Light vanilla bean flavors become toasted vanilla before soft notes of red apple take over. The apple fruit leads to dry rye spice on the finish.
