73% white corn, 10% rye and 17% malted barley. Being made at the newly restored Old Taylor Distillery that was vacant for nearly 5 decades.
Description
Soft stone fruit and candied orange zest. Vibrant pops of rye spice bring out floral characteristics and soft charred oak flavors. Very delicate notes of brown sugar leads to more rye spice and hints of orange zest on the finish.
