Vincent Charlot took winemaking classes in Alsace before returning home to Champagne to take over the family estate. Growing and producing exceptionally unique, small parcel, organic and biodynamic wines. Vincent grows all 7 of the varieties permitted in Champagne but this is all Chardonnay. The nose reminds me of European breakfast breads, as in eggy, rich, buttery, studded with nuts and dried fruits. Explosive and begging for briny and salty nibbles to go with it. Only 1,000 bottles made.
