Chateau Saint Pierre 2025 Mediterranee I.G.P. Rosé "Tradition"

Chateau Saint Pierre dates back to the 11^th century, but the current ownership has been making wine here for four generations.  This charming rosé, once a Cotes de Provence, is now Mediterranée IGP, and this blend is 40 % Cinsault 30 % Grenache and 30 % Syrah.  There is an elegant pale color with salmon hints, a powerful nose of white-fleshed fruits and floral aromas.  It is a dry and fresh wine with a fruity character.  The 2025 vintage is a good one for Provence-styled rosé.
