Working with Blaufrankisch grown on his family's forty-year-old estate, Clemens Krutzler has created an international audience for his wines.  He works as naturally as possible with minimal intervention.  They are joyous wines of freshness and effusive quaffability.  With the structure and depth this substantial rosé has, it can be enjoyed all year long.  Light to the taste, but richly flavored is the best way to describe this wine.  Notes of blueberry and black cherry coat the palate and give it a little more body than a standard rosé, but it never feels cloying.  Subtle floral characteristics along with delicate tannins and light acidity give the wine depth not always seen from rosés.
