Blue Webber Agave made in a Mezcal fashion. All estate grown agave, from Tonaya, Jalisco, Mexico which is cooked in a firepit for 72 hours. It is fermented with natural yeast and distilled twice in copper pot stills.
Description
Notes of banana and apple up front. There is a subtle smokiness and light grassy characteristics that balance out the fruit. The Smokiness doesn’t exactly linger on the palate, but just fades away lightly.
