Cockburn's Fine Ruby Port, Portugal

If you have never tried a Ruby Port, try this one.  It is delightfully fresh and youthful. Ruby Ports are a blend of different young wines made from traditional port grapes from different harvests - so no vintage statement is on the finished blend. Each wine designated to be part of the finished port is usually aged for 2-3 years separately from the others before they are incorporated into the final blend. These wines, unlike Vintage Ports do not need decanting.

A great drink with friends. Cockburn's Ruby Port is full bodied with ripe red and dark fruit flavors - raspberries, cherries, plums -nice easy tannic structure and a well balanced, elegant finish. Pair with cheeses and chocolate desserts, lightly chilled in hot weather.
