Coteaux Des Travers 2023 Rasteau "Les Traves", Rhone

Nearly every wine lover has heard of Chateauneuf-du-Pape, most who know the wines of the Southern Rhone have at least familiar with Gigondas and Vacqueyras, and savvy shoppers certainly have acquired Cotes du Rhone.  Rasteau is one of these…a Cote-du-Rhone village that has been elevated to appellation status for its exceptional quality.  This Rasteau is a G-S-M blend (50-30-20), made entirely using stainless steel and concrete.  With a pretty ruby color, this dry red has an equally attractive perfumed aroma, delightful texture finishing with a little grip.
