Cyprien Perchaud 2024 Sauvignon Blanc Val de Loire, Loire

Organically grown in the northern town in the region of Sancerre, this wine is made from some grapes there were located just outside Sancerre. Winery was established in 1990 and they have been thoughtfully producing Sauvignon Blanc that often out kicks their coverage as it were. This is one of those for sure. Drinks like a baby Sancerre, full of racy citrus, flint, stoniness, fresh green moss and grapefruit rind. Lovely texture with a zippy finish.
