The Picpoul used in this wine was grown on the Eastern side of Lodi, it was whole cluster fermented and rested in Burgundy white wine barrels for 11 months.
Description
A very fruit forward wine, lots of apricot and peach puree, there is some very delicate tea spice that breaks up the fruit. Peach ring characteristics on the finish.
