Domaine Burle 2023 Cotes Du Rhone

Domaine Burle is a Gigondas producer.  To fashion the domaine’s substantial Cotes du Rhone, the estate blends together 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Carignan from 40 year old vines grown in three villages, including Sablet.  It is vinified in concrete and stainless steel, so it’s completely free of wood tastes, leaving just pure fruit.  You’ll find aromas and flavors of black raspberries with a touch of roasted herbs.  Pretty yummy.
