Domaine de Colette 2024 Regnie "Vieilles Vignes", Beaujolais

Sourced from the oldest vines on the estate, including a plot over 80 years old, the grapes are vinified in the purest Beaujolais tradition.  Ruby red in color. Characteristic of the Régnié terroir, this Vieilles Vignes cuvée can be enjoyed young to appreciate its red fruit aromas. After 4 to 5 years of cellaring, the aromas develop jammy notes. This wine reaches its peak after 3 to 4 years. Food pairings: Turbot, rockfish, roast poultry, duck breast, beef fillet, foie gras with port.
