Domaine Oinea 2020 Lune Noire' Extra Brut Sparkling Wine, Macedonia Greece

This cold-climate Greek bubbly is quite impressive, made in an extra-brut style from Xinomavro and Assyrtiko grapes among others.  It has a rich but yet delicate nose of citrus, resin, Mediterranean bush and stones.  On the palate, a mouthfilling creamy mousse with everlasting tiny bubbles in perfect contrast with its refreshing acidity.  Balanced, with considerable length.
