Domaine Roland Schmitt 2024 Riesling Glintzberg, Alsace, France

Without question Roland Schmitt is the best-selling winery in our entire Alsatian department. We have stocked them for over 20 years, and they offer the most bang for your buck. All the Riesling for this wine come from the Glintzberg village and is all organically grown. Unlike so many Rieslings this Schmitt does not come with a strong petrol aromatic, which for those of us not in love with that, is a real treat. Just pure Riesling with all its fresh apple, steely vibrancy but with that extra curve that you find in Alsace. Bring on the sausage and cabbage.
