Domaine Zind-Humbrecht 2022 Riesling Turckheim, Alsace

Olivier Humbrecht is a titan in French winemaking, the first French winemaker to be awarded “Master of Wine” in London.  Winery notes:  “A high skin/ juice ratio can explain the intense aromatic profile of this wine. Despite waiting longer than usual, the sugar ripeness stayed low while the skins continued to ripen. This is the only Riesling that fermented quickly in 2022 and ended completely dry.”
