Drouhin Vaudon 2024 Chablis, Burgundy

It is rare that we find a wine truer to the authentic character of the Chablis appellation than Drouhin-Vaudon’s 2024 version.  All the goodness is there: balance, chalky minerality, a hint of bread dough, fabulous fruit and the proper amount of tension.  While we usually go for smaller production wines, when a large company does it right, we must acknowledge it.  And here it is.
