Unlike most Irish Whiskeys that will use the same mashbill and just finishing spirits in different barrels. Each Dunbrody Whiskey has a unique mashbill and does all its aging in the barrel identified on the bottle.
Description
With a mashbill of 93% corn, 5% barley and 2% rye, it is no surprise that this Whiskey takes on some rum qualities. Soft Agricole spice dries the palate and leads to notes of toffee and stone fruit. Light oak spice on the finish brings the flavor profile full circle.
