Empirical was founded by Lars Williams and Mark Emil, alum of famed Copenhagen restaurant Noma. Soka is made of a combination of Sorghum cane syrup and Sorghum cane juice. Think of this as a fun Rum substitute.
Description
Light grassy notes, hints of citrus, salinity throughout. Does have a touch of Agricole Funk on the finish.
