Eric Bordelet Sidre Tendre Sparkling Sweet Apple Cider, France

The great French cider master Eric Bordelet is widely considered to be the finest cider producer in France, and perhaps the world.  He grows over a dozen varieties of apples completely organically, providing his ciders with more skin-to-juice ratio than commercial ciders.  Eric uses the term "tendre" to indicate the slightest sweetness to this offering, a pure, fresh-tasting cider that is an ideal refreshment when you want a lower-alcohol beverage for your picnic, porch, patio or dinner table.
